ARE FLIGHTS INCLUDED?
You are responsible for booking your own flights.
WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?
The nearest airport is Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO)
HOW WILL I GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RETREAT CENTER?
There is a luxury shuttle van included from SJO. Please be sure your arrival flight gets in no later than noon on the 2nd, and leaves no earlier than 6pm on the 8th.
WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES OR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Our chef can accommodate most allergies or dietary restrictions but please let us know when sending your deposit what these restrictions are.
WHAT TYPE OF CURRENCY SHOULD I BRING?
The official currency in Costa Rica is Colones, but USD is accepted everywhere. Credit cards are also accepted at most places, and there are several ATM’s nearby.

WHAT TIME WILL THE RETREAT START AND WHEN WILL IT END?
Check-in is on May 2nd anytime after 2pm. Checkout is on May 8th after breakfast, around 11am.
WHAT IF I ARRIVE EARLY OR FLY OUT LATE?
We can help you make the most of your time in Costa Rica by making arrangements to arrive early or stay late and enjoy all our local area has to offer.
IS ALCOHOL INCLUDED?
This is an alcohol free event.
WHAT SHOULD I PACK?

A packing list will be sent out 1 month prior to your retreat.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND OR CAN'T COME?
Our deposit is 100% non-refundable. The final payment is due by May 1st. Once paid this payment is also non-refundable, but your spot IS transferrable (meaning if there is someone on the wait-list they can pay you directly for your spot or if a friend/family member wants your spot). Your payment can also be transferred to an alternate retreat date within the year.
