These Terms and Conditions outline the expectations and agreements between you and She Became We, LLC (“SBW”). By participating in any of our programs—including coaching, courses, or retreats—you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. PAYMENT & BILLING

  • All pricing is in USD unless otherwise noted.
  • Payments must be made via credit/debit card or another approved digital method.
  • Payment plans may be offered at our discretion. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal from the program, and we reserve the right to collect any outstanding balances.

2. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All digital products, online courses, and coaching packages are non-refundable.
  • Retreat deposits are non-refundable. Final payments follow the cancellation terms shared at the time of booking.
  • If you need to cancel a private coaching session, we ask for 24 hours’ notice or the session may be forfeited.

3. COACHING SERVICES DISCLAIMER

  • Our coaching services are not therapy and are not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, or mental health advice.
  • You are fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being before, during, and after any program.
  • We do not make guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

4. ONLINE COURSE ACCESS & USE

  • Access is granted to the purchaser only. Sharing, distributing, or reselling course content is strictly prohibited.
  • You may access course materials for the time period stated at purchase. Extensions are not guaranteed.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content provided by She Became We, LLC, including videos, audio, worksheets, and written materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • You may not modify, publish, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without written consent.

6. MEDIA RELEASE

  • By participating in any She Became We program, event, or retreat, you grant us permission to use your image, voice, and likeness in marketing, promotional, or educational content—unless you let us know otherwise in writing.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • She Became We will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury (direct or indirect) arising from your participation.
  • You agree to release us from any claims related to your involvement in our programs or services.

8. WAIVER

  • By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and release She Became We, LLC from any liability.
